Product as described, came nicely packaged with personal touches and the seller went above and beyond when i reached out to get the step-by-step tutorial. Not only they were very nice and helpful, they even went as far as to check back in with me after a couple of days to see how i was getting on and offer more help, which was a surprise and I really appreciate it.
There were plenty of beads and an extra length of wire. Gave me a sense of comfort as a beginner to know if I mess something up i have more to work with.
Thanks to the tutorial and the contents of the kit my bracelet turned out perfect ( or as perfect as someone's first attempt can be).
